  • At Superior Collision we have after hour drop boxes for keys. We suggest for safety reasons to have your vehicle towed to one of our Collision Repair locations. We work with all Tow Companies to handle payments. It can shorten the repair process by getting to our Repair Facility rather than moving the vehicle to a Tow Impound Lot.
  • We suggest that you give us your contact information online at drivesuperior.com > Collision tab > Click “Schedule an appt”. Fill out the short form and submit. We will be in touch with you the next business day to assist with the claims process. We also have customer information envelopes at the drop box for each facility if that is more convenient for you.

Yes, through your Insurance Company (if you have replacement rental coverage in your policy) or through the at-fault parties Insurance policy if you are deemed not at fault. We hear customers getting delayed “waiting for verification of a policy in effect” or “verification of fault being established”. You always have the option to secure a replacement vehicle and then transfer the billing to the at fault Insurance Company after verifications have been completed.

Yes, we work with only the most professional Tow Services in our market. Our Towing partner will protect your vehicle and offer a ride if you are in need.

No appointment for damage repair estimates are necessary. We are staffed to handle drive-in estimates during normal business hours. We do, however, set appointments to begin repairs on driveable vehicles. We take into consideration Insurance approvals, parts availability, and shop repair capacity in an effort to complete your repairs in a timely manner.

Absolutely! Your vehicle, your choice. We strongly suggest that you consider who has the experience, training, and equipment to repair your vehicle to the manufacturers specifications. Many repair facilities have Direct Repair Relationships with Insurers. At Superior Collision we have no Direct Repair Agreements with any Insurance company. We reserve the right to perform all repairs to the manufacturers specifications for your direct benefit.
